The team chose a phased rollout to validate the supplier review process with one group before expanding it. [1]

The first phase keeps the existing approval owner and introduces a weekly review. [1]

Look under the hood

The question is grounded in configured knowledge. References connect the answer to its source material so a person can inspect the evidence, not just the generated wording.

Useful context is kept for subsequent work only when curation accepts it: each memory needs a rationale and an owner, and decision records are append-only. This fictional example does not query your documents or create a memory record.

What it does today

No citation, no answer.

Odin Next answers from governed memory and must cite the entries it used. An answer without a citation to retrieved memory is rejected, and you see an explicit “No grounded answer” instead of a confident guess.

Memory that explains itself
Every memory write needs a rationale and an owner, or it is rejected. Decision and audit records are append-only.
Curation with a gate
Proposed context passes a governance check, a confidence threshold, de-duplication and secret scanning. The API returns an outcome for each candidate.
Signals a person resolves
Intelligence systems watch configured sources for signals such as a renewal window or a stalled proposal. A repeat detection updates the same signal, and a person resolves or dismisses it.
Tenant scope set by the server
The tenant is established by authentication at the server, never taken from the request body.

Ask a question. Follow the sources. Keep the useful context.

An implementation team keeps reconstructing decisions that already exist across documents and earlier work.

Grounded answers

Ask over configured knowledge and inspect the sources returned with an answer.

Governed memory

Query and curate useful context within a tenant-scoped integration.

Continuity across work

Make earlier decisions and relevant knowledge available to subsequent workflows.
