Odin Next

Check your first sourced answer.

Evaluate an answer against material you are allowed to use. Check both a question the sources can answer and one they cannot.

Before you start

  • Odin Next enabled for your organization’s knowledge workflow.
  • Confirmation of the sources, access scope and model endpoint configured for that workflow.
  • An approved source you can open and read yourself.

These guides help you evaluate a configured environment. The website illustrations do not create accounts, connect repositories or ingest documents. Already invited? Find your workspace address. Need access? Ask about a configured setup.

Your first evaluation

  1. Confirm the source material

Ask the person configuring the workflow which documents or memory entries are available and who can access them. Use material approved for that environment; do not paste secrets or private documents into the website illustration.

  2. Ask one narrow, answerable question

Choose a question whose answer appears explicitly in an approved source. Ask it through your configured workflow. This guide does not assume a universal upload screen or public question endpoint.

  3. Read the cited source

Follow the returned source references and compare the answer with the original wording, context and date. A citation lets you inspect the basis of an answer; it does not replace checking whether the source supports the claim.

  4. Check a question outside the sources

Ask about a detail absent from the configured material. Inspect the refusal or lack of a grounded answer. If the system makes an unsupported claim, preserve the question, answer and source references for review before relying on it.

A simple evaluation pair

Source: an approved project note with an explicit review owner.
Supported question: Who is named as the review owner?
Check: the answer cites that note and matches its wording.
Unsupported question: What budget was approved?
Check: when no configured source states a budget, the system does not invent one.

These are sample evaluation questions, not facts about your project. The website demonstration uses fictional sources and does not search or save your documents.

What this establishes

You have checked one supported answer and one unsupported question against known material. This small evaluation does not prove the quality, permissions or coverage of the whole knowledge collection.
