Review your first project result.

Use a first review to connect the project, its work and the evidence behind a result. Start with inspection before changing or approving anything.

Before you start

  • Your organization’s configured workspace address and a working sign-in.
  • Access to the project and the records you need to inspect.
  • Agreement on who owns the work and who can approve the next step.

These guides help you evaluate a configured environment. The website illustrations do not create accounts, connect repositories or ingest documents. Already invited? Find your workspace address. Need access? Ask about a configured setup.

Your first evaluation

  1. Confirm the workspace and project

Open the address supplied by your team. Choose the relevant project and check that its objective and boundaries match the work you intend to review. Ask the workspace administrator if the project or access is missing.

  2. Find the work behind the result

Inspect the project’s Work Orders and the relevant task or session. Read the intended scope and acceptance criteria before interpreting a status label.

  3. Inspect the evidence

Where available in your configured version, open the project’s Evidence Vault. Follow the relevant result to its changes, checks and review records. An empty view, loading failure or missing record is not evidence that the work passed.

  4. Make the next decision explicit

Separate what you observed from what still needs checking. If a result is incomplete, identify the missing evidence. Use the review and approval flow configured for your role; inspection alone does not approve execution or release.

Questions for a first review

Which project and work order does this result belong to?
What was allowed to change?
What actually changed?
Which checks ran, and what did they report?
What is missing or failed?
Who owns the next decision?

Use this as a review checklist. Project creation, integrations, visible pages and approval permissions depend on your configured workspace.

What this establishes

You can trace a result back to its task and evidence, or clearly state what is missing. A green status by itself does not prove that a change is deployed or working for its intended user.
